discovery

We want to find out more about you, your business goals and struggles. After our discovery call, we’ll send over a project timeline and quote. Once the proposal is confirmed and we receive your first 50% payment, we can book in a start date.

strategy

We’ll take a deep dive into your brand positioning, target audience and market analysis, which will guide the creative direction. Next, we’ll present some initial creative direction concepts and moodboards, based on this strategy.

design

After receiving your feedback on the creative direction, we’ll begin designing using this as a guide. We will then present the brand identity, with explanations behind each creative decision.

refinements

You’ll review the brand identity presentation and send over any feedback. We can make any revisions needed and develop the visuals further.

launch

Your new brand identity is ready to go live! We’ll provide you with all the final files and assets, alongside a brand guidelines document.

Do you offer just a logo?

We believe behind every great brand, there is so much more than a logo. Our creative process is strategy first - every design decision is carefully thought out. This includes font pairings, and colour/stylistic choices, specifically chosen to reflect your brand and its unique story. For that reason, we develop a full-service brand identity, and don’t offer just logo design.

How much input will I have?

This is your brand and you understand it better than anyone. I’ll be guided by the brand strategy and creative direction you set out through each phase of the design process to make sure I get it right.

What isn't included in your pricing?

Outside of our services you will be required to purchase the following if applicable:
- Font Licenses
- Copywriting
- Printing Fees
- Brand Photography
- Additional rounds of revision
- Canva Pro Membership

How does payment work?

Typically a 50% payment is required to secure your spot in our calendar. The remaining 50% is to be paid before the delivery of your final files. Payment can be sent via Bank Transfer or Wise (for our international clients). Payment instalments plans are also available.
